GOLDFISH: Luke Berry walks free from court after swallowing goldfish
A MAN who swallowed a goldfish has been sentenced to 120 hours unpaid work to be carried out over 12 months.
Luke Berry, 26, was also banned from keeping fish for five years following the incident on August 16 last year.

Berry of Taylor Close, Faringdon, was sentenced today at Oxford Magistrates’ Court after previously pleading guilty to a charge of causing unnecessary suffering to the fish.
